Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales channels, ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive online revenue. This role involves coordinating website updates, product listings, digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Product Management:
- Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure website functionality, UX, and SEO best practices to enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any website issues.
Digital Marketing & Sales Optimization:
- Support e-commerce campaigns by working with marketing teams to create email marketing, paid ads, and social media promotions.
- Monitor and improve conversion rates, A/B testing, and user experience strategies.
- Manage relationships with third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
Order & Inventory Management:
- Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory levels.
- Monitor and analyze stock trends to make recommendations on restocking and promotions.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates).
- Generate reports and insights to improve online sales performance.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and CRM software for data-driven decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of e-commerce experience (preferably in a similar role).
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing software).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SEO, content management, and UX/UI best practices.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms
