As a business developer, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s supplements products and maximize sales growth, while representing the company in the best manner.
Responsibilities
- Find and reach out to essential retail and wholesale accounts.
- Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to set a strategy and execute it to bring in sales
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Following up on referrals, including new account inquiries and trade show leads
- Planning and performing sales calls, presentations, training, and events as needed
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to new and existing customers.
- Provide a daily recap of results and accomplishments to the management team.
- Getting orders from clients and ensuring they are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data
- Build positive trust relationships with clients to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process
Requirements
- Proven work experience in Sales, business developing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Compensation
- Base Salary $50,000 Commision and bonuses
- Travel expenses paid by company
