AMS is looking for a competitive business developer who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. Our ideal sales representative has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the business developing & Sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We are seeking an initiative taker, a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. As a business developer, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s supplements products and maximize sales growth, while representing the company in the best manner.

Responsibilities

  • Find and reach out to essential retail and wholesale accounts.
  • Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to set a strategy and execute it to bring in sales
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Following up on referrals, including new account inquiries and trade show leads
  • Planning and performing sales calls, presentations, training, and events as needed
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to new and existing customers.
  • Provide a daily recap of results and accomplishments to the management team.
  • Getting orders from clients and ensuring they are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data
  • Build positive trust relationships with clients to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in Sales, business developing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Compensation

  • Base Salary $50,000 Commision and bonuses
  • Travel expenses paid by company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
