Call Center Customer Service Representative

America's Bin Company is a fast-growing Waste Management company looking to hire a strong Sales Representative. We are looking for someone who is confident making calls to prospective clients, a fearless negotiator, and motivated to make sales. Our ideal candidate is articulate, has excellent phone etiquette, experience making cold calls, and a solid background in sales.

Your main responsibilities include conducting market research, following up on leads, and finding leads on your own. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s steady growth and help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals as well as provide a new stream of customers.

Duties & Skills

Ability to form professional relationships with contractors and project managers

Coordinating with the dispatch team to create a streamlined schedule

Create a Sales Plan that encompasses brand development, content strategy, and overall engagement of the public through marketing and advertisement.

Qualifications

Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals

2 years in Customer Relation Software

2 years experience in sales (phone and outside sales)

Schedule: 8:30 to 5pm and 7am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday
