ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Handling heavy call volume, effectively and efficiently.
* Providing customer support by phone, email, and company's internal chat system.
* Resolving any customer complaints/concerns with compassion.
* Assisting with any additional role related duties, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years of high volume call center experience.
* Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin.
* Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
* Team-player attitude.
* Typing speed of 40wpm minimum.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
