Overview
We are looking for a call center representative with a positive attitude who enjoys helping people. The ideal candidate should be intelligent and empathetic with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. The position is for 1st shift (7am-3pm) at a small, family-owned company that’s been in business for over 35 years. You’ll be working with a diverse staff in a cooperative atmosphere.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle calls for a wide range of different companies.
- Take and deliver messages.
- Follow scripted call flows.
- Assist callers with inquiries and issue resolution.
- Utilize multiple programs to enter customer inquiries and work orders for different clients.
- Maintain good call control and a professional, courteous attitude.
- Meet the efficiency goals for timely call handling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
