This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while supporting and maintaining critical infrastructure components that help drive our business.
Key Responsibilities:
With guidance and support, you’ll:
- Apply your knowledge in three or more of the following areas:
- PC setup and troubleshooting
- Networking
- Software deployment
- Security systems (alarms and DVRs)
- Shoretel phone systems
- IP phone technology
- Virtual Machine (VM) environments
- Participate in team projects to improve and enhance our systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, mission, vision, and ethical standards.
- Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience are also welcome!
