What your day will look like:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the member base and increase sales within the designated area
- Dedicate 50% of efforts to community-based business
- Represent the credit union in the community by participating in events and organizations - be the local “face” of the credit union
- Solicit new business members, identify needs, and make appropriate product recommendations to prospects
- Help the branch grow and exceed sales targets
- Foster strong relationships with key members of the Tumwater community
- Ensure the branch team knows their stuff about products and processes
- Refer opportunities to the investments and mortgage teams and work with them to ensure referrals come back to the branch
- Oversee branch member services – from loan applications to deposit opening and teller services – ensuring top-notch service
Branch Hours:
Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday- 10:00am-4:00pm
The pay range:
$67,724 - $97,990 per year

What you will bring:
- Associate or bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
- Two years of previous management/supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills in lending and savings functions preferred
- Two years of experience in the selection and hiring of staff; preferably within a financial institution or related industry
- Five years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting established production goals
- Must be bondable
