What you will do:
- Assist members with account inquiries, transfer of funds, and stop payments over the phone and online platforms
- Provide members with information on loan applications status, loan payments, and loan payoff amounts
- Provide history and statement copies
- Ability to set members up for electronic services
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to members; use and understand phone system as instructed
- Actively expand existing member relationships by cross selling products and services or referring members to appropriate sales staff
- Actively be a part of an awesome team!
The schedule:
Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays. 9:00am - 6:00pm.
The pay range:
$19.00 - $24.69 per hour
Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time.
What you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6 months to 1-year related experience in a customer service position
- Must have pleasant and professional phone manner and service skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and be able to work for extended length of time on the phone
- Must be computer literate and have skills in effective written and oral communication
- Familiar with 10-Key and type at least 35 words per minute
- Must have excellent interpersonal, member service and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with members and other employees
