What You'll Do
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
The Pay Range
$18.02 - $25.79.
This pay range covers positions MSRI, MSRII, MSRIII, and MSIV. An applicant with the minimum qualification of six months of cash handling can expect to start at $18.02. An applicant with six months of financial institution experience (including teller experience) can expect to start at $19.00 per hour. An applicant with more than one year of new account and teller experience can expect to start at $20.05. An applicant with one or more years of experience in loan applications, opening new accounts, and teller duties can expect to start at $21.00. Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time.

What You'll Do
- Help credit union members with transactions in a friendly way - in person or by phone
- Handle cash, checks, new accounts, loans, and more
- Manage accounts with the utmost attention to detail
- Balance daily transactions and cash totals with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Review loan applications and advise members of loan policies and rate information
- Share your excitement for our products and services with members
- Assist members with unauthorized use of ATM/Visa debit cards; Issue, reissue, or hot card ATM cards/Visa Debit cards
- Be knowledgeable and conversant with all account information
- Always look professional
- Be a team player and learn new things in meetings and training sessions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be bondable
- MSRI - Six months of cash handling experience
- MSRII - One year of financial institution experience to include new accounts
- MSRII MSRIV – One year of financial institution experience to include new accounts and lending
- Financial institution experience – bonus points if you’ve handled loans and new accounts!
- Quick and accurate computer skills – numbers don't scare you
- Friendly and great with people – you'll make members feel welcome
- Problem-solving skills – you're like a detective with answers!
- Good at writing and talking – communication is your superpower
- Motivated and organized – you'll rock under pressure
