Virtual Member Service Representative
Ready to switch it up and put a new spin on a banking career? We have an awesome opportunity for a Virtual Member Service Representative or a (VMSR) as we call it. Serve our membership through an interactive teller machine (ITM) and showcase your customer service skills! You'll have the opportunity to work in our South Tacoma branch, growing and learning along the way. If you've got six months to one year of financial institution experience and love a good challenge, we want you on our team!

Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm Saturday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
The Pay Range: $18.02 - $23.79 per hour
Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time.
What You'll Do:
- Help credit union members with transactions through the interactive teller machine (ITM)
- Bring a strong video communication/presence and be comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera with members via video access
- Handle savings, loans, checks, and more
- Balance cash like a pro
- Be a team player and learn new things in meetings and training sessions
- Share your excitement for our products and services with members
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience working in a financial institution or related field
- Must be bondable
What You'll Bring:
- Some financial service or cash-handling experience
- Quick and accurate computer skills
- Friendly and great with people – you'll make members feel welcome on and off camera
- Problem-solving skills
- Good at writing and communication
- Motivated and organized
