What You’ll Do:
• Hardware & Equipment Management: Procure, configure, and deploy computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Asset Management: Keep track of IT inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and lifecycle management.
• On-Site IT Support: Provide friendly and effective technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• MSP Coordination: Act as the bridge between our internal IT operations and our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure seamless support.
• Project Assistance: Support IT initiatives like data migrations, software rollouts, and system upgrades.
• General IT Support: Help maintain IT infrastructure and provide day-to-day support as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Technical Aptitude: Some experience with hardware setup, troubleshooting, and basic IT concepts. Certifications are a plus!
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: You’re resourceful, eager to learn, and able to think on your feet.
