Manager. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills,

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the design center and explain the AHP building process.
- Answer phone calls, manage lead databases, and maintain sales contract files.
- Contact warm leads to schedule sales/design appointments.
- Nurture leads to convert prospects into sales.
- Close prospects on new home construction opportunities.
- Facilitate a smooth transition from point of sale through financing, selections, and
construction start.
- Maintain and update the design center with current product and color selections.
- Coordinate with lenders to expedite loan processing and obtain necessary
documentation for closings.
- Organize and host monthly marketing events or open houses.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Home sales or mortgage experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Oracle, Google Suite, and web-based
platforms.
