Hours:
· Part time: 15 - 20 hrs/week (more hours may be available during certain times of year)
· Office presence in Flat Rock - working M, W, F required (Tues. and Thurs. negotiable)
Responsibilities:
· Assistant to Directors of Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Events & Logistics
· Customer data management
· Customer service via phone or e-mail
· Assisting with processing and fulfillment/shipping of orders for the business
· General clerical duties
· Willingness to run occasional errands (i.e. to the printer to pickup products, etc.).
· Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
· Assisting with Packing for our yearly events
· Prep for Multiple Events throughout the year (our Board Review Courses)
· Assistance/Attendance at Multiple Events throughout the year
Qualifications/Required Skills:
· proficient in Microsoft Word, including Office 365
· comfortable working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Google docs
· willingness to learn other software used by our company
· detail oriented, with special attention to written and verbal communication
· ability to work independently while producing the desired results in a timely manner
· demonstrate excellence in customer service
· receptive to new projects
· ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· You don’t need to know OB/GYN, but you’ll learn by default
