Offerings include: Expected first-year earnings of $90,000 , commission on each warranty sale, car allowance, and gas reimbursement. You will also receive paid training, comprehensive health insurance (including dental and vision), a 401(k) with matching, up to 5 weeks of paid time off, short-term and long-term disability coverage, employee referral rewards, and parenting time pay.
Compensation:$90,000 OTE
Responsibilities:- Travel daily within the assigned territory to engage with clients in person
- Identify, generate, and close new sales opportunities for home warranty services
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with real estate professionals and strategic business partners
- Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to effectively track and manage daily tasks, appointments, and sales activities
- Educate potential customers on the unique benefits and features of our home warranty products
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation and conversion strategies
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and refine sales techniques for greater success
- Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage sales activities
- Confident in delivering group presentations and engaging in public speaking
- Self-motivated with a "road warrior" mentality, comfortable with regular travel and face-to-face client engagement
