America's Swimming Pool Company is seeking a dedicated Swimming Pool Care Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing superior pool cleaning and maintenance services to our customers. You will work independently with minimal oversight, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily pool cleaning and maintenance services, adhering to our proven methods and protocols
• Maintain accurate records of chemical usage and pool conditions, utilizing our proprietary software platform, Pool Ops
• Identify equipment repair needs and communicate effectively with the office team to ensure prompt resolutions
• Utilize a smartphone to receive digital reports after each visit, featuring time of service, services performed, chemical balance, chemicals added, and a picture of the clean swimming pool
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• No prior experience required, as extensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success in this role
• Certified Pool Operator License is preferred but not necessary
