The Online Thrift Shipping Coordinator is an essential part of our shipping and logistics workflow. This position supports the efforts of the operation by ensuring that orders are packed and shipped on time and according to guidelines.
Job Duties
•Responsible for coordinating all staff activities related to daily order fulfillment
•Ensure proper packing, labeling, and on-time delivery
•Packing slip printing, sorting, and staff assignments regarding warehouse locations to pick
•Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipment. Prepare end of day reports and closeouts
•Provide detail-oriented customer service through accurate and efficient work
•Confer and correspond with sales and customer service to rectify customer problems, such as damages
•Provide training to new employees to ensure successful onboarding
•Work with department leaders to correct quality control issues to increase customer satisfaction
•Responsible for opening and closing the department and all requirements of these activities
•Use warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, to move product in, out, and within the warehouse
•Coordinate with Online Thrift Assistant Manager before closing the department for the day
•Make sure all packages are ready for pick up and that any paperwork needed by the shipping partner is prepared
•Maintain packing supply inventory and coordinate with the leadership team to reorder packing supplies as needed
•Protect the condition of all inventory items throughout the fulfillment process and abide by all Loss Prevention procedures
•Maintain and adhere to all agency policies and procedures
•Other duties as assigned

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
