Our search is focused on workers responsible for executing the flow of products from arrival on the loading dock, through delivery to the retail floor for hanging.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for the Processing Team Member include, but are not limited to the following actions:
- Loading and unloading carts
- Inspecting clothes and other items
- Classifying items based upon manufacturer, quality and condition levels.
- Cleaning and preparing items for the sales floor
- Sorting and pricing products
- Consolidating goods
- Prepping and organizing products for shipping
- Packaging finished products and preparing them for shipping
- Keeping work area neat and clean
- Working safely and efficiently
- Other duties as may be assigned by management
- Strong work ethic
- Able to understand and execute company policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize
- Capable of building and sustaining relationships with peers, management, and customers
- Able to accurately keep records and communicate progress to management.
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple activities at one time.
- Naturally mission driven, guided by core values.
