- Position: Part Time ATM/Card Servicer
- Hourly: $19.08

The ATM Servicer is responsible for replenishing and balancing the credit union’s ATM machines and reporting the settlement data with consolidated electronic reporting. This position is also responsible for first-line support for ATM maintenance and repairs, with a quick, knowledgeable response to troubleshooting problems, efficient paper supply management, clearing currency jams, and other repairs. This position also supports Card Services Specialists with card processing functions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Focus on Purpose/Mission: Focused on the credit union's purpose and mission statement of creating financial wellness in our community through everyday banking.
- Attention to Detail: Record transaction information on a form or log and notify designated personnel of discrepancies. Remove money canisters from ATMs and replenish machine supplies, including receipt paper and cash.
- Focused: Tests machine functions and balances machine cash account. Performs ATM repairs as directed and is trained to complete them. Ensures safe operation and guidelines of company vehicle and mobile ATM unit.
- Engagement and Collaboration: Professional and prompt interaction with outside support vendors and event partners.
- Collaboration & Cross-Training: Support card services department with card processing functions and support team on ATM after-hour bag rotation.
- Trustworthy: Maintains confidentiality and integrity of all member accounts and employee confidentiality. Follow all credit union policies and procedures, including policies and procedures for customer identification and all BSA requirements.

Requirements:
- A minimum education of high school diploma or GED.
- This position requires daily local branch area travel using a company-provided vehicle.
- Must be able to comfortably lift/handle 50lbs, kneel, & squat, and bend
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Demonstrates ability to utilize Windows-based software (Word, Excel, etc.)

- Has previous situational awareness experience, completed training courses, or obtained certification.
