Data Evaluation Specailist
We are seeking an individual to fill our Data Evaluation Specialist Position with our Jackson, TN location. The Data Evaluation Specialist position will report directly to the Office manager. The position is for an office environment position located near Jackson, TN.
Role Description:
The Data Evaluation Assistant is a person whose job is to gather and interpret data to solve and identify specific problems and data supported solutions. They are a force multiplier for the Data Evaluation Specialist and help inform that person’s analysis and presentation decisions. The role includes time spent with data but entails communicating findings to team leadership as well as senior levels of company leadership as required.
Activities on a day to day basis could include:
- Gather data: This includes pulling reports from our CRM software and cleaning the data to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data set. This will also include investigating individual project files for process errors and system flaws.
- Model data: This entails creating and designing the structures of reports or compiling data to an existing report format. One might need to choose what types of data to store and collect, establish how data categories are related to each other, and work through how the data actually appears.
- Interpret data: Interpreting data will involve finding patterns or trends in data that could answer the questions of not only senior staff members but also briefing of the owner as directed.
Required skill set, knowledge and proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- Power Point
- Minimum 1 year - proven/documented experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $24.50 per hour
