Job Title: Transaction Coordinator

Job Type: Part-Time (15 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Transaction Coordinator with a background in real estate or experience as an escrow assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and maintaining excellent communication with all parties involved. This role requires the ability to learn and adapt to our system, handle multiple tasks, and provide exceptional organizational support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
- Learn and efficiently use our system for managing transactions.
- Manage transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Upload, track, and manage documents in our system.
- Handle emails and communication related to transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
- Provide regular updates to all parties involved in the transaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the transaction process.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate transactions or as an escrow assistant not required but definitely a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with working hours to meet the needs of the transaction process.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
