Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive sustained revenue growth and strengthen market position.
- Digital and Direct Marketing : Lead targeted strategies for catalog circulation, email campaigns, digital advertising, and affiliate marketing to maximize customer acquisition and engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Use advanced analytics to track key metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Investment (ROI), and continuously optimize performance across channels.
- Campaign Optimization : Monitor, refine, and improve marketing campaigns through feedback loops, A / B testing, and advanced data insights to maximize ROI.
- Brand Strategy : Define and implement initiatives that reinforce Olive & Cocoa’s brand values, enhancing customer loyalty and perception.
- Customer Insights : Develop refined segmentation and targeting strategies to create highly personalized marketing efforts.
- Content Creation : Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content that supports business objectives and drives engagement.
- Website Optimization : Manage the website’s performance and presentation to ensure it serves as a high-performing sales channel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with merchandise, creative, inventory, and operations teams to ensure cohesive strategies and impactful campaigns.
- Team Leadership : Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing and sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Agency Oversight : Manage external agencies to ensure alignment with company goals and optimal performance.
- Campaign Calendar Management : Design and oversee a marketing calendar to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
