This is an equally creative and administrative role that includes creating marketing campaigns for various platforms, planning and coordinating events both in-studio and off-site, managing influencer relations, and spearheading all brand growth efforts. We are looking for a very creative, proactive, and passionate individual with an innovative spirit, a willingness to learn, and a team-player attitude. This is a full-time, in-person role. Looking for an immediate start.Responsibilities : Create, curate, and manage social media content that aligns with our brand.Execute marketing efforts to expand reach and increase engagement, including email marketing campaigns, influencer outreach, brand pitches, creative strategy development, and other key initiatives.Demonstrate excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Build relationships with clients and customers during events through strong communication skills.Use platforms like Canva to develop graphics, presentations, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.Lead planning and execution of 1 monthly Sip Stitch event, including planning, outreach, and facilitation to ensure a unique and positive guest experience in our studio.Work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently.Be a quick learner who is comfortable adapting to new tools, systems, and strategies.Must be willing to work evenings / weekends occasionally for events.Qualifications : 1-2 years experience in creating and editing TikToks.Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Market Research skills.Graphic Design skills are a plus.
