Job Description:
Klein Designs is looking for an individual that is passionate and driven to join our team and growing small business. This is an equally creative and administrative role that includes creating marketing campaigns for various platforms, planning and coordinating events both in-studio and off-site, managing influencer relations, and spearheading all brand growth efforts. We are looking for a very creative, proactive, and passionate individual with an innovative spirit, a willingness to learn, and a team-player attitude. This is a part time role that has room for growth and the potential to become full time.
Responsibilities:
- Create, curate, and manage social media content that aligns with our brand
- Execute marketing efforts to expand reach and increase engagement, including email marketing campaigns, influencer outreach, brand pitches, creative strategy development, and other key initiatives
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and customers during events
- Use platforms like Canva to develop graphics, presentations, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently
- A quick learner who is comfortable adapting to new tools, systems, and strategies
Must be willing to work evenings/weekends occasionally for events
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in creating editing TikTok's
- Marketing Strategy, Campaign Planning, and Market Research skills
- Graphic Design skills are a plus
Salary : $18 - $21
