This position is responsible for receiving new loan applications and coordinating application signing appointments. The daily functions include, but are not limited to: coordinating appointments, collecting and verifying all necessary documents and providing communication between staff and borrowers.

Responsibilities
- Handle all issues with signings
- Communicate with clients, Internal departments and 3rd party vendors and provide excellent customer service
- Manage notary signing agents & assist with field questions
- Confirm signing appointments
- Send out preliminary proposal packets to potential clients
- Prepare Application Packages for signing appointments
- Ensure accuracy of signed documents
- Issue FHA Case Numbers
- Manage a pipeline up to 100 loans at a time with constant follow-up and updates
- Update our database and provide constant status to clients
- Verify accuracy of data imputed into the database.
- Creating and tracking UPS labels ensuring documents arrive promptly, communicate any issues to sales and UPS personnel
- Communicate with vendors (Strong customer service skills) on numerous issues/concerns
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Great communication & follow-up skills: Email & phone calls necessary throughout the process. Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Detail oriented: Review file documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Solid computer skills: Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
- Basic math skills.
- Self-starter/pro-active.
- Friendly & coachable.
- Ethical, with a commitment to company values.
- Displays independent judgment and discretion used in decision-making; executes standard core job responsibilities and escalates more complex issues for advice and resolution.

Education/Certification/License Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of a year administrative office experience.
