- This job is a member of the Passenger Interline Team within the Revenue Accounting Division. This position will be responsible for supporting Interline Settlement and Audit operations and industry initiatives through data gathering and analysis.
What you'll do
Support Passenger Interline DepartmentData gathering / mining and analysis; identify and raise billing issues (root cause) and recommend solutionsPerform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks ensuring Interline billing accuracy and timelinessEnsure compliance with the industry rules, oneworld™ alliance policy and procedures, and bilateral agreementsMaintain and audit Interline master reference tables that drive data processing and file creationMonitor data processing, file creation, and exchangesCommunicate with Interline partners to resolve billing issuesMaintain and explain monthly billing trends, statistics, and forecastsCreate ad-hoc reports and presentations as needed for both internal and external customersAll you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field – accounting, finance, data analytics, or equivalent education / experience5-7 years of related work experience in an analytical roleExperience in finance or accounting-related disciplinePreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
General knowledge of ticketing and airline revenue accounting processesData mining and analytics experienceProject ManagementProficient in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or other Business Intelligence toolsUnderstanding of Agile Process (ADO)Skills, Licenses & Certifications
