What you'll do
Supports the development and implementation of strategies, plans, objectives and procedures across the entire organizationProvides financial guidance to related departments / divisions when requiredEnsures financial discipline, management, and controls are adhered to in line with corporate goals and objectivesDrafts and integrates processes and procedures utilizing best practicesDevelops recommendations for senior leadershipAssists in cascading plans across departments / divisionsEnsures business planning and purpose are incorporated in all processes for technology, business and human capital investmentsEnhances alignment between business processes and information technologyIdentifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and desired state; recommendssolutionsDesigns and develops process improvement measuresManages business relationships to ensure that various departments / parties involved in projects are aligned with each other and working together toward the common goalNegotiates deliverables and requirements across multiple areasCoordinates and forecasts human capital in line with project demandsPerforms other duties as requiredAll you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
MBA or equivalent experience / trainingExperience supervising financial staff5 years’ experience in Finance and / or Accounting, plus exposure to information technologyExperience with human capital tracking and forecastingExperience with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost analysisxperience with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost analysisPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
MBA with concentration in FinanceSkills, Licenses & Certifications
Experience with process mapping and writingExperience with sensitivity and gap analysisKnowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.Ability to build and make presentations to senior managementExcellent analytical skillsWhat you'll get
