Rate of Pay: $135,167.92/per year
Duties: Conduct in-depth analysis of accounting records to prepare accurate financial statements and evaluate statements prepared by others. Advise on systems for recording costs and financial data, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and best practices. Develop, maintain, and present comprehensive reporting packages to monitor performance and support decision-making processes. Manage complex accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functions, driving continuous improvement and efficiency. Identify opportunities for process automation, elimination of duplications, and coordination of information to increase productivity. Collaborate with Retail business partners, Lab controllers, and Shared Services teams on internal controls, balance sheet analysis, and financial reporting. Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, liaising with Finance, Category Management, and Executive Management. Ensure adherence to corporate standards and internal policies in accounting, reporting, and financial operations. Perform financial analysis to evaluate present and future financial performance, supporting new business models and initiatives. Lead cost optimization initiatives and assess returns of automation projects to drive financial efficiency. Establish successful business partnerships with Business Unit Leadership and key stakeholders, setting financial targets and objectives. Compare and analyze plans and forecasts with actual results to determine financial position and performance. Compile and summarize data, prepare reports, and make presentations to Finance and Business Unit organization, offering insights and recommendations. Participate in systems development and enhancement projects, collaborating with both Finance and business teams. Prepare and calculate annual standard cost models according to corporate guidelines, conducting monthly performance variance analysis based on business segments. Present monthly and quarterly performance to top management, highlighting variances versus prior year, annual budget, and forecast. Conduct reconciliation between systems due to ERP system changes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Telecommuting is permitted, but employee must telecommute within a reasonable distance from worksite location.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Business Management or related field and 8 years of post-bachelors progressive experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires some experience in each of the following: 1. Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; 2. Data analysis tools such as SAP, Essbase, SQL, MSAccess, Oracle, or BI; 3. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools; 4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen attention to detail; 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively; and 6. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to driving process improvements and achieving results.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
