About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to grow and manage our regional Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, specifically focusing on the employment sector. This strategic leadership position will be responsible for managing and promoting AAA's products and services while building key stakeholder relationships and ensuring excellence in case management.
Location & Compensation
Base salary ranges by location :
- Chicago, IL : $137,000 - $145,000
- Houston, TX : $131,000 - $139,000
- Dallas, TX : $129,000 - $136,000
- Miami, FL : $122,000 - $129,000
Annual incentive bonus : 20% target of base salary
