Vice President, Traditional Employment Solutions
We are currently seeking a Vice President, Traditional Employment Solutions to join our team. This position will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial leadership of the Traditional Employment Solutions (TES) department. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, Marketing, Enterprise Analytics, Strategic Development and Product Development to guide and develop the design and delivery of traditional employment solutions to achieve company revenue and profitability objectives. This role provides visible strategic direction and accountability to anticipate market opportunities, develop innovative solutions to business challenges, establish operational standards and service levels, and execute on the vision for expansion of the traditional employment solution portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Under minimal supervision and heavy decision-making :
- Leads a team of senior leaders to develop and execute a strategy to capitalize on the traditional employment solutions marketplace complimentary to the Insperity co-employment solutions.
- Develops strategies to expand each of the traditional employment services and jointly developed solutions with Workday.
- Builds a high performing team through the selection and development of key leadership team members who demonstrate both functional expertise and servant leadership competencies.
- Fosters an environment of cohesive and engaged teams which exemplify the Insperity culture across the TES organization.
- Serves as a key member of the Service Operations Leadership Team (SOLT), collaborating to achieve new synergies and efficiencies. Utilizes strong relationship building and project management skills to achieve desired results aligned with Company and Service Operations missions, goals and objectives.
- Develops strategies and plans to engage and educate the BPA channel as the primary salesforce for traditional employment solutions with intent to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
- Develops market strategies and plans for sales of traditional employment solutions outside of the BPA channel where appropriate, with points of accountability for creating an optimal prospect experience.
- Leads the department and partners across the organization to develop and enhance current and new traditional employment service offerings, continuously evaluating prospect and customer feedback as well as other key metrics.
- Works with both core and mid-market sales and service operations in the sale and delivery of traditional employment solutions to ensure an integrated and holistic experience that aligns to the Insperity brand and customer for life strategy.
- Works with the finance and service operations analytics teams to develop budgets and forecasts for the Traditional Employment Solutions department.
- Develops positive and trusting relationships across the organization. Connects people to common goals and common purpose and facilitates meaningful interactions that inspire action.
- Gathers and interprets data from diverse resources to encourage critical thinking and innovation. Anticipates new challenges and market opportunities. Facilitates consensus and makes informed decisions. Gains commitments and rallies the team around a unified vision.

- Supports the development and execution of the Insperity Five Year Plan.
