Responsibilities
- Provide financial management and accounting support for all facets of the business for :
- American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists c
- American College of Endocrinology c
- AACECORP – For-profit, wholly owned subsidiary of AACE
- Direct the completion of all financial transactions approved by the Board of Directors, CEO and CFO. Review approved payables and perform monthly close activities within NetSuite. Review account reconciliations and accounting staff journal entries as part of monthly close.
- Act as the Administrator for NetSuite and reporting software (Solution7), to include contract renewal review, maintenance of user licenses, GL and segment structure, and any necessary integrations.
- Assist AACE management team in fulfilling their financial responsibilities including but not limited to planning, budgeting, projections, financial modelling and performance assessment.
