Job Summary : The Senior Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the C-suite, ensuring seamless coordination of executive functions. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills to manage confidential information and facilitate communication with board members, key volunteers, and internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high degree of independence, initiative, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for executives, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining security and compliance with organizational policies.
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Plan and execute executive and board meetings, including agenda development, materials preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Manage logistics for organizational events, leadership meetings, and conferences.
- Oversee office operations related to executive support, including supply management and document organization.
- Act as a liaison between executives, board members, key volunteers, and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Serve as a staff liaison for designated committees, providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, preparing materials and ensuring follow-up on key action items.
- Anticipate executives’ needs and proactively address administrative challenges to enhance efficiency.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership.
