Description
The Credit Administration Manager analyzes the financial standing and creditworthiness of complex loan relationships. The analysis is based upon credit data, public records, market indicators and financial statements of businesses and individuals to determine the degree of risk involved. Using this data and drawing on expertise, the position is responsible for making recommendations on extending credit, risk rating assessment and prepares credit presentation reports accordingly. The Credit Administration Manager utilizes long and short-term data and the underwriting process to analyze existing loan relationships within the Bank’s portfolio to complete annual reviews.
- Overseas the commercial credit analyst team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely completion of credit reviews and approvals.
- Develop and implement credit policies, procedures and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the credit analyst function.
- Act as a subject matter expert on credit risk assessment and provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for portfolio management and risk mitigation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for complex credit transactions and escalated credit issues.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in commercial credit analyst, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team of analysts and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in credit risk management, regulatory compliance and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
