- Key Responsibilities
- Support technical requirements in meetings such as setup and testing of equipment.
- Perform admin functions in Zoom such as upgrading and testing Zoom Rooms, making users IDs, and general maintenance of our Zoom ecosystem.
- Create Zoom knowledge articles specific for ABA for use with Service Desk self-help knowledge base.
- Perform end-user support.
- Qualifications
- Experience on a help desk, supporting end-users, installing computer hardware and software
- Familiar with MS Office Suite, MS Teams, and Zoom
- Experience developing documentation / training for end-users either in a college or business setting
- Minimum Education Requirements
- Rising Junior or Senior standing with a major in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or IT related major
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Salary Band Range :

Pay rate is $25 / hour
Full-time; 37.5 hours per week
ABAs Internship provides students with a paid opportunity to work with one of the biggest trade associations in Washington, DC. This extremely selective opportunity provides students with the opportunity to do substantial work in various divisions across ABA, connect with leadership, build a network, and make a difference.
ABA Summer Internships are hybrid with at least 2 days a week in our DC office.
Please note : Internship positions are not eligible for healthcare insurance coverage.
