American Battery Solutions has a full-time opening for an ERP Master Data Coordinator - Temporary in Springboro, Ohio. Job Summary The ERP Master Data Coordinator - Temporary is tasked to collect, set up parts, ensure data quality, compliance, consistency, and master data in the PLEX system. Responsibilities
- Determine and validate correct material master data for all materials for all products.
- Support Logistics team members in the creation, maintenance and quality review of all master data entered in the ERP system.
- Maintain and Track CN, and Deviations Spreadsheet.
- Enter part numbers in the ERP system.
- Ensure documents are attached to the proper location, revision levels in the ERP system.
- Adhere to federal and state regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Predictable and reliable attendance. Position Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Supply Chain experience.
- Experience with MRP and ERP systems desired, previous PLEX ERP system preferred.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communicator, capable of concisely presenting detailed status information to stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills tracking numerous parts, documents, and processes.
- Self-motivated problem solver; pays attention to the details.
- Abides by safety standards and protocols. Key Competencies
