Primary Responsibilities and Position Description
Position Summary: Primarily responsible for and supports ABNS POST database case log tracking; supports a cohort of neurosurgeons throughout their career cycle from residency to continuing certification
Reports to:
ABNS Chief Operating Officer, ABNS Executive Director
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support candidate and diplomate neurosurgeons in entering case logs into ABNS POSTâ database
- ABNS POST database management and improvements, and interface with IQVIA database manager
- Anticipating potential problems and taking action to solve them before they impact users when possible
- Reviewing case logs to meet standard specifications
- Adding, removing or updating user information such as logins and passwords
- Support ABNS POST neurosurgeon reviewers on technical aspects of case reviews
- Interface with stakeholders: neurosurgeon candidates and diplomates, ABNS directors regularly
- Certification specialist for cohort of neurosurgeons from residency to continuing certification
- Support creation of case logs for the oral examination
- Basic data analysis

· Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant prior experience

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
