American Capital Properties is a growing and successful investment firm with a diverse national portfolio and new acquisitions on the immediate horizon. Our growth has created an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our high-volume Accounts Payable process.
This position processes vendor invoices for multiple properties and has banking responsibilities. There will be plenty of opportunities for project work and ad-hoc analysis for the right individual.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Capable of organizing and tracking multiple deadlines
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and general organization skills
- Strong work ethic with superior time-management skills
