Outreach Coordinator Position Summary
The Outreach Associate is responsible for promoting the medical centers and American Care’s health plan that results in increased membership in their assigned center by coordinating Marketing events to promote the center and American Care’s health plans.
Outreach Coordinator Essential Job Functions

- Motivates the Outreach Associates in their respective or assigned area to reach the enrollment goals.
- Coordinates all Outreach Associate procedures and processes at assigned center(s).
- Coordinates/Participates/Plans outreach efforts in the community.
- Proposes and assists with developing marketing strategies for promoting programs and services.
- Performs informational and community events at 55 communities and at American Care Medical Centers locations for new prospects wishing to enroll.
- Sets up table tops for community events, malls, stores and other areas with increased public traffic to market our medical services.
- Monthly productivity goal in assigned region.
- Works at retaining enrolled members by assisting with customer service issues.
- Visit and call members who has been dis-enrolled from their center.
Required Education and Experience
- Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described including related work experience
- Customer Service
- At least one-year related experience in the Marketing Field
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and health insurance
- Sales/Marketing

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
