Community Outreach Coordinator

SOMI DENTAL is a multi specialty, Privately Owned, Dental Group in the heart of Boca Raton, Florida, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team.

This individual will play a key role in building and strengthening relationships within the community, facilitating partnerships, and driving outreach initiatives that align with our organization's mission and goals. The mail goal of this individual is to steadily increase the amount of New Patients coming into the practice by way of promotions and various interactions around the community!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Outreach Programs: Design and execute community outreach strategies and programs to promote the company's mission and vision. Tabling Events, Lunch and Learn Meetings
• Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, businesses, schools, and other community stakeholders.
• Event Planning: Organize, promote, and attend community events, workshops, and presentations to increase company visibility and community engagement.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for community-related inquiries. Communicate effectively with community members, ensuring that their questions, concerns, and feedback are addressed.
• Collaborate Internally: Work closely with various departments within the company to align outreach efforts with overall organizational objectives.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay Updated: Keep informed about community issues, needs, and opportunities that could affect or benefit the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum TWO years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in the use of social media platforms and basic office software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
