How you can impact:
Drive application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, analytics, data, and AI. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO and executive leadership team and guide the organization’s AI adoption strategy.
You will make an impact by:
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, aligning technology solutions to business goals.
- Establish and maintain architectural principles, standards, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) to ensure consistency, scalability, and interoperability across the IT ecosystem.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the organization’s digital transformation strategy and technology investments.
- Ensure governance process like Architectural Review Board as a gate keeper to all technology decisions in the organization.
- Provide architectural oversight across various IT domains—application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and analytics—to ensure cohesive and secure system designs.
- Lead solution design reviews, identify architectural gaps, and recommend enhancements or alternative solutions.
- Create and enforce governance processes that balance innovation with operational stability and security.
- Champion the introduction and integration of AI agents, driving new capabilities and transformation opportunities across the enterprise.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise architecture strategies across large-scale organizations.
- Solid understanding of multiple domains: application development, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, analytics, and AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions, including AI agents, and guiding teams through all stages of the AI lifecycle (data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification is highly desirable.
- 15 years experience with robust foundation in various IT domain, as well as a deep understanding of the processes and systems used in enterprise-level organizations.
