Ideal Candidate
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher
- Junior or Senior Standing
- Available to begin internship Summer 2025
- Experience with data analysis, statistical analysis, metal working, and precisions measurement tools
- Microscope and sample prep experience
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Desire to work in an industrial environment
- Complex problem-solving skills
Potential Projects
- In this internship, you'll have the chance to work on impactful, technical projects that directly support our quality and testing processes. Projects include conducting metallographic analysis on steel samples, analyzing mechanical property data to ensure material performance, and performing Gauge R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) studies to validate lab testing precision. These experiences provide an excellent foundation in both data analysis and lab testing standards, with real-world applications that support our production and quality goals.
