- Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
- Perform vehicle repairs within your current capability/skill level.
- Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
- Communicates with service advisor and/or dispatcher if additional work is needed.
- Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Road tests vehicles when required.
- Performs additional related duties as required and assigned.
- Medium/Heavy duty truck experience preferred.
- Diesel experience a plus
- 2 years experience
- ASE certifications are preferred, not required.
- Must have own tools
- Domestic (GM) vehicle experience preferred
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
