Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing warranty claims, following through with rejected claims, and handling repair orders. This position requires a strong understanding of warranty processes, preferably with domestic vehicles.
Duties
- Review and process warranty claims in accordance with GM and our companies policies and procedures.
- Communicate with service management and advisors warranty status, claim approvals, and any additional information required.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related documentation.
- Collaborate with service departments to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Experience
- Previous experience in warranty administration or a related field is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record keeping. Reynolds and Reynolds Era Ignite is a plus!
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive or manufacturing industries is required.
