Warranty Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, repairing, and performing warranty on HVAC systems. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems following warranty procedures.
• Address any installation/service concerns with clients promptly
• Maintain records of warranty repairs, parts, and services provided.
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain necessary replacement parts for services.
• Ensure customers are provided with excellent service by offering multiple solutions and options.
• Conduct preventative maintenance covered by warranties and ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently
• Operate and maintain company box trucks

Qualifications:

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Have ongoing knowledge of code compliance and regulations

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing

Pay Transparency:

The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $30-$35hr. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
