CHEST is looking for motivated and talented individuals to join our team under our internship program for Summer 2025. The goal of this program is to help further develop your skills in a professional business setting, better preparing you for your future career.
As an intern, you will be working closely with a supervisor who will provide you with real hands-on projects and daily tasks. Interns will be able to apply classroom-based knowledge to projects and gain essential skills needed to be career-ready. CHEST interns will have the opportunity to CRUSH LUNG DISEASE by working alongside experienced, passionate professionals in a flexible, innovative, mission-driven hybrid environment.

Responsibilities :
- Faculty Management System
- Provide support with Planstone container updates, email templates, entering faculty benefits received, entering new faculty into netForum as needed, sending invitations, and follow-up to ensure overall completion of tasks needed by chairs / faculty upon receiving invitations
- Program Planning
- Manage attendee nameplates for programs
- Update faculty credentials received to appropriate sites
- Assist with files needed for ACCME accreditation
- Review and update PowerPoint slides for programs to ensure CHEST standards are met
- Create polling questions for programs, through collaborations with staff and faculty
- Assist with data review and communication for Certificate of Completion (COC) program for ultrasonography
- Vendor / Faculty Payments
- Submit vendor invoices in Concur
- Create and submit faculty invoices for benefits received, request W9’s as needed
- On-Site Program Support
- Provide registration, setup, reset, and breakdown, which may include some
- Other duties as assigned

Additional Information :
The hourly rate for this position is $20 / hr. The anticipated work hours for this position are approximately 30 hours per week, in a hybrid work environment.
