Job Summary:
This is a remote role. The Manager, National Training will manage and execute the planning, implementation, maintenance, and administration of all training and development solutions, including, building technical, functional, industry, and leadership capabilities, to align with Company goals.
Essential Functions:
Lead & Design:
- Manage robust training curriculum (technical, soft skills, compliance, etc.)
- Act as subject matter expert on Pinnacle Live's LMS (Cornerstone on Demand)
- Develop curriculum, career paths, and training coordination and execution.
- Partner with stakeholders and advisors on future skills and competencies
Deliver & Optimize:
- Create best-in-class onboarding experiences.
- Manage sponsorship and mentorship programs.
- Lead development of emerging leaders and talent pipeline
- Manage and optimize learning plans and career paths.
- Review and update training programs for relevance and alignment with strategy
Manage & Govern:
- Implement and maintain training policies, standards, and tools.
- Manage learning and development providers.
- Oversee annual learning and development budget.
- Lead a team of learning and development professionals.
Education & Experience:
- Two (2) years’ minimum of industry experience
- Experience managing large scale learning and development programs.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to lead across the organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of innovative learning & development tools and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and develop relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to collaborate, influence, and work effectively with colleagues and senior leadership to deliver exceptional results.

- Strong written and verbal skills necessary to complete assigned tasks and excellent project management skills a must.
- Deep knowledge of how people learn and evolve behaviors, people-management techniques, team performance strategies, and business success strategies.
- Demonstrates solid understanding LMS and other support systems.
- Familiarity with personality assessment tools
- Works on assignments that are more complex in nature in which judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
