In a nutshell:
The American College of Radiology (ACR) is looking to hire an Operations Assistant within our Quality & Safety Department! The primary function of this position is to support and assist Members going through the Accreditation process.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing full applications and testing packages from facilities for completeness and compliance with accreditation requirements
- Following up with facilities for incomplete paperwork or data
- Updating accreditation software with facility information as needed
- Preparing and drafting letters for accreditation
- Maintaining accreditation processes through worklist and reports in the accreditation database
- Assist in developing databases and spreadsheets/smartsheets to track various programs
- Responding to all member/customer/staff inquiries via email, phones and an electronic ticketing system
- Researching problems and suggesting solutions to rectify problems
Qualifications:
- 3 years administrative and customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office

This position will work a Remote schedule. Qualified candidates will be required in East Coast Time Zone (8:30A - 5:00P, Monday through Friday). Occasional after-hours commitment for virtual program support may be needed. When working remotely, workers must be self-motivated, possess excellent time management, and be highly organized. Reliable internet connection is a must!

ACR’s goal is to pay competitively and equitably. It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances. Full-time employees work a 37.5 hour work week, for a total of 1950 hours annually, furthering our commitment to a healthy work-life balance. A reasonable estimate of the hourly compensation range for this position is $22.92 – $30.56.
