Responsibilities :
- Efficiently and accurately verify and process a high volume of invoices
- Review vendor statements and appropriately address any concerns
- Accumulate appropriate information to setup and maintain vendor accounts
- Assist with maintaining vendor remittance advice and mailing out payments
- Professionally communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payment inquiries and account discrepancies
- Follow internal controls related to accounting and accounts payable
- Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining confidentiality
- Work with both internal and external customers
- Ability to multitask
