Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, providing preventive care, and educating patients on oral health. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to diagnose dental conditions.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and oral surgeries.
  • Administer anesthetics and manage pain control during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient treatments and progress.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, including techniques in endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and general dentistry.
  • Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and sterile environment.

Skills

  • Proficient in medical documentation and understanding of dental terminology.
  • Experience in a dental office setting with knowledge of four-handed dentistry practices.
  • Strong skills in endodontics, pediatrics, pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, oral surgery, and aseptic technique.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $132,000.00 - $148,689.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
