ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Review and clarify job specifications, competencies and skills required.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of potential needs.
- Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks to source candidates.
- Organize and execute college recruitment programs.
- Deliver qualified candidates for open positions.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate process to candidates.
- Manage the job offer process.
- Track recruitment and hiring metrics.
- Review and revise on-boarding program.
- Manage affirmative action plan.
- Handle other HR generalist duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years’ experience in recruitment for banks or financial services
- Utilization of social media and technology recruitment sources
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work flow in a multi-tasking environment
- Results-driven
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with a team
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism always
- Excellent communication skills

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred and experience in working in a banking or financial services environment.
- This role will require the individual to be in the Woburn office full time.
- Role is a temporary hire during a leave of absence. Timeframe for the position is February through June.
