We are looking for a Lead Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate Must have at least 3 years of oral surgery experience and be a natural leader. We value a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Doctor in all surgical procedures
- Manage the schedule, supplies and orders
- Oversee infection control protocols – sterilizing instruments and preparing equipment
- Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene to maintain their oral health
- Perform additional office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of oral surgery assisting experience
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Understanding of ethical and legal dental care standards
- Radiology certification (X-ray)
- Knowledge of Dentrix (preferred but not required)
- Leadership and team collaboration skills
- Travel reimbursement available when applicable

- Mon, Wed, Fri - Kenhorst, PA
- Wed, Thur - Lancaster, PA

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
